H4Y is a locally and family owned property management company based in Hudson, NC. When it first opened in 2005 it was named Homes 4 You, in April of 2023 the business switched ownership from mother to daughter and was renamed H4Y. Leslie, the new owner has been with the business from the start. Our goal has always been to provide the best service for our community and friends. Our values and priorities have never changed, we will continue to look out for our community and put our best foot forward!
